Receive your quote

We confirm your package and invoice you for the flat research fee. Payment is due when the contract/quote is accepted.

Research begins

Research begins immediately upon receipt of payment. Your custom Travel Research Portfolio will be delivered within 7–10 business days.

Step4

Deep-dive filtering

We filter out listings with ratings below 4.8, bad recent reviews, or hidden chore lists.

Step5

Host communication

We message hosts ahead of time to confirm parking spaces, internet speeds, or specific amenities.

Step6

Your portfolio is delivered

A PDF or spreadsheet with 3–5 top options, outlining pros, cons, total costs (including hidden fees), and direct booking links.

You click, book

You use the direct links provided to book everything using your own credit cards, loyalty points, and accounts.

Due to the custom, time-intensive nature of research services, all payments are final and non-refundable once research has commenced.

Hi, I'm Kelley, a travel enthusiast from Glen Allen, Virginia, and a proud mom to three amazing kids. I've spent the last few years exploring destinations across the U.S. and Europe with my family, and nothing excites me more than uncovering unique, hidden-gem vacation properties that most travelers would never find on their own.

In fact, I happily spend hours each morning combing through VRBO and Airbnb, creating bucket lists of exceptional stays and unforgettable experiences. That passion inspired me to become a travel research curator, helping busy travelers save time while discovering one-of-a-kind properties that turn ordinary vacations into extraordinary memories.

Flights, properties, and activities are never booked on a client's behalf, and client information is never shared with airlines, hotels, or accommodation providers — clients book directly using their own accounts and payment methods.
